The 610 Ergolux Saddle was developed especially for the comfort-oriented mountain biker and the sports-oriented trekking rider. The Ergolux two-stage wave shape is adapted specifically to the requirements of the comfort-oriented bike rider who still wants sporty performance in a saddle. In comparison to the very streamlined, narrow-cut Ergowave models, the 610 Ergolux seating surface has been tuned to be slightly larger and somewhat softer to offer increased comfort for the seating bones and the ischial branches. The saddle rails on the non-active versions have been placed slightly closer together to allow for a more flexible shell which mimics the SQlab active technology and allows the saddle shell to follow the biomechanical motion when pedaling. This results in increased comfort, mobilization of the spinal discs, and reduced pressure to the sit bones.
